Optix Oy is a consulting firm established in year 1990. Our mission is to help our customer organizations succeed commercially by helping them to solve the challenges they face in their business environment.

Through our engagements and individuals we have gathered experience on:

• Process and project operations improvement
• Result management systems and personnel motivation
• Information system requirements and implementation

We aim to deliver significant and measurable results for the the customer organizations. Sometimes, for example, we contribute to running the daily operations, if that helps to resolve temporary resource needs while we are on a mission to design and implement process improvements.
